The timeline can vary due to several factors, making it challenging to predict precisely. Variables include the complexity of the property chain, involvement of management companies or third parties, and potential issues during conveyancing.

Our solicitors provide regular updates throughout the process, helping manage expectations regarding timelines. On completion day, all funds must clear into solicitors’ accounts across the chain before keys are released. Typically, you’ll receive confirmation from your solicitor starting from midday onwards.

Arrange to collect keys with your agent upon receiving this notification. Please note updates may extend until 5 p.m. on completion day.
