Our History and Foundations
Mortgages in Lincoln was founded in 2011 by Colin Baxter & Julie Ashley, who dedicated over a decade to helping individuals and families across Lincoln and the surrounding areas secure their homes. The business was built on trust, deep industry knowledge, and a genuine care for every person who walked through our doors. Their personal approach and commitment to helping clients through complex financial decisions remain the cornerstone of how we operate today.
Looking to the Future
Following Colin’s passing in February 2026, Mortgages in Lincoln joined the Lifetime Group. Lifetime Group shares the same values that Colin held dear: clear advice, personal service, and putting clients first.
By joining forces with Lifetime Group, we are building upon the strong foundations Colin laid. We continue to offer expert guidance across first-time buyer mortgages, remortgaging, moving home, and personal protection insurance.
