This week, Colin has been working hard on some challenging but rewarding cases:

- Providing detailed mortgage options to a couple planning to keep their current home as a buy-to-let while moving to a new property. It’s all about finding the right solution that balances their ambitions with affordability.
- Reducing the cost of protection for a client who has recently taken up running half-marathons and significantly improved their fitness. Colin’s expertise ensures the policy reflects their new lifestyle, keeping them protected while saving money.
Amy
Amy has had a whirlwind week!
- Many of our clients have been moving into their new homes, and Amy has been busy sending out thank-you cards and celebrating these exciting milestones.
- With an influx of new enquiries coming through, the office has been buzzing, and Amy’s kept things running smoothly by booking appointments and ensuring every client receives the attention they deserve.
- As she says, “Our feet have barely touched the ground this week!”
Michaela
Michaela has been delivering results under pressure:
- She secured a Full Mortgage Offer from a High Street lender in just four days, a fantastic turnaround for her client.
- Michaela also went the extra mile for a pair of first-time buyers competing for a highly sought-after property. With an Agreement in Principle (AIP), deposit, and an exceptional solicitors’ team ready, Michaela negotiated fiercely with the estate agents and secured the property for her clients despite high competition.
