What do I do with my mortgage offer?

If you have any questions about your mortgage offer, watch this video:

This video guides you through what to do once you receive your mortgage offer. The offer, a formal agreement from the lender, outlines your loan amount, interest rate, mortgage term, and monthly payments.

It’s crucial to carefully review all details and keep the document safe for your records. We also explain how to check your mortgage offer with our team and solicitors. If you spot any discrepancies or have questions, don’t hesitate to notify us promptly. Some lenders may include an offer acceptance form; if provided, ensure it’s signed and returned as instructed.

Once the solicitors verify the offer, they’ll send you a mortgage deed. This legal document formalises the agreement between you and your mortgage lender. Signing the deed in the presence of a witness and returning the original copy to us promptly is essential.

We also regularly post pictures of cards, cakes and gifts given to us by clients on our social media channels. Testament to the hard work of Colin and our team, the business was originally set up by Colin and his business partner Julie Ashley in 2011. Julie has since retired but Colin and the team are on hand to support with client enquiries.
